The mentioned prices are in Euros, including VAT and excluding transaction and shipping.
You are asked to pay your order in advance. You are able to pay with iDEAL(free). Pay directly through the online iDEAL system of Rabobank, SNS bank, ABN Amro or Postbank. You can also choose to pay in advance by bank/giro. In this case you’ll be paying in advance using a normal bank transfer or through Internet banking. The order will be sent within ten business days, after the payment is received.
Maria la Verda charges shipping of bags and accessories. There is one fixed price for shipping, regardless of the number of items you ordered. You will receive a notification the day before shipping, for you to take the delivery into account.
Picking up your order in the shop on the Bisschop Bekkerslaan 263A in Tilburg is possible as well. In this case there will obviously be no shipping fee.
Shipment in any other way is not possible.
Your order will be sent to you within ten business days, after we receive your payment. When it comes to an online launch of a new collection, the delivery might take a few more days.
You will receive an e-mail with the payment and shipping specifications. All orders are sent via renowned shipping companies, who bear full responsibility for your order. Maria La Verda is not accountable for damage, loss or other problems that might occur during the shipping procedure.
Maria La Verda accepts every kind of cancellation received before shipping procedure. However, once a product is dispatched, Maria La Verda will not accept any cancellation.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
It is our goal to fully inform you about product specifications through our website. If a product does not meet up to your expectations, it can be exchanged or returned.
The costs of return will be for your own expense.
Maria La Verda strives towards customers satisfaction. Whenever you have questions or complaints about the services or products, we would like you to inform us by e-mail at email@example.com. We endeavour answering you within 24 hours after receiving the complaint. When an incident requires further investigation, we will keep you informed during the procedure. In all cases we will do our utmost best to resolve the complaint as soon as possible. Complaints are considered up to 1 month after purchase.
